Yeah as long as it's less than 5 acres. It has to do with stormwater protections based on soil disturbance (surface area, not depth) and not the scale of the project. Instead of looking out from the infinity pool to the skyline will be looking at a someones apartment window. He said they are making their way into it from the north and 2 shears will then demo it from inside so they can continue for approximately 10 days and not have to shut down the streets. One thing I wonder about is the future of all these modern buildings with metal panels and bits that stick out. They will use a luffing tower crane initially during the podium build because the tower crane on the Texas build can swing over this project and when cranes are not in use the brakes on the jib are left open so they can weather vane in the wind.
