ROBS took the former Walgreens spot at the corner of Westheimer & Weslayan. The land has been vacant for a few years. Wonder if they changed their plans or need funding? It looks like their plans or for much more than just a parking garage (and the planned parking garage is going to be underground). I think they are in a capital campaign.
