Twitter1
wow! That interior.. Reminds me of the BBVA Compass Plaza at 2200 Post Oak Boulevard. They also had a (curved) wood ceiling design.

Urbannizer
Previous design\ https://archinect.com/people/project/22501975/houston-commercial-building/124291728#&gid=1&pid=2 A master plan was prepared to provide a development vision for a 14-acre site. The site features a natural ravine and a direct connection to the region’s signature open space. Our design approach extends this amenity to accommodate 1.8 million square feet of office, retail, conference and residential use. The building shown in detail here is the first building resulting from the master plan. The Building is designed to meet LEED gold and will be completed in 2017

HoustonBoy
That is the type of architecture I want to start seeing in Houston! More daring and visually striking would bring a lot of attention to the city.
HoustonIsHome
Hate it. The type of architecture I want to see in Houston are ones that interact more with their surroundings. this has very little ground floor interaction. Really hate that long stretch of wall on the bttm floors on the southern side

Highrise Tower
Went to the site today. Here's the project billboard, address, and contractors parking lot.
