While most of the severe weather is forecast to be east of the city by around 1 p.m., Houstonians likely will not see an end to the rain until later this afternoon. Yesterday, there were 14 reports of tornadoes in the northeastern corner of the state. Although there was little damage, high wind speeds moved across Texas overnight.
