Kim Brown 199
I just talked to a leasing agent at Ellison Heights, they do not consider these two phases, the only thing that they will share is a dog park, no other shared amenities.
gene 3233
i used to live in the heights long ago and love it so much...i knew the owner of the super cool store jubilee just down the street from this complex...i was and still am in love with 19th street. part of me is excited for the people that will move to this apartment complex and get to enjoy the area but then there is the other part of me that loves the quaint hometown feel of this area...especially 19th street.

hindesky 50507
The Ellison is a very imposing building next to the bike trail. Some work is still being done to the Foundry next door but is leasing portions of it too.

thatguysly 1242
Less than two years from ground breaking to opening. I thought this went fast but that almost seems impossible with the size.
