This is a great location for a build to suit restaurant or bank or other outlet that wants ample viability and location in one of the richest areas in the country.



 

It is about 14,000 square foot corner lot on the corner of Greenbriar (old name Farnham Street) and Lexington street. It has 4 curb cuts! Currently there is a car wash and a small office building on the lot. These will be torn down when their lease runs out next year. The 3835 Farnham St lot was on the city planning commission. THG Shepherd, LLC ( The Halal Guys ) submitted development plats with variance requests. This was deferred for two weeks for further review. Eastern Diversified LP owns this property.

5,050 square feet
Parking: 16 spaces + 4 bicycle spaces

2-story brick, single frame: 1,920 square feet and; 1-story framed retail: 792 square feet to be demolished with this development
