The project and this thread are back from the dead.  They've been working on it for the last few weeks.  For years it was the steel work, the roof and the back half of the building was cinder blocks.  Lately they painted the blocks, added the brick work and windows and they have paved some or all of the parking lot.

The building at 1710 Yale St (on the corner of W 17th St) was listed for sale and lease. There was a Loopnet listing for the property, but it was unlisted in November.

Clay & Co. was the listing agent for the property.

Details about 1710 from the listing and marketing materials:

  • Building includes 6,500 first floor space that may be divided and 5,500 square foot mezzanine/loft space.
  • Approximately 40 spaces that L-shape around the building.
  • Year built: 2020
