Keeping Fit and Healthy

I know that we all live busy lifestyles here, but it's always a good thing to try to incorporate a bit of physical (and mental) exercise into your daily routines. What are some of the ways you can get some effective exercise in a short space of time?

I spend long hours sitting in front of the computer, and so it's even more important for me to exercise or at least move around regularly in order to counteract the side-effects of sitting too long. I try to stretch every couple of hours and that's about it. I know I need to do more, and maybe I'll get some inspiration on this thread.

I think you're right Cookiie, and don't underestimate the power of stretching. It has a whole host of benefits and it's certainly better than nothing.
