Wile hasn't finalized plans for the property. The building, constructed in 1948, is adjacent to the Columbia Tap Bike Path and a block away from BBVA Compass Stadium, offering unobstructed views of Downtown. Just blocks from GRBCC, Toyota Center and Minute Maid park, whatever Wile decides on will have plenty of appeal.
