jketch
Looks like it's by the same group doing Morningside Mansions near Hannover Southampton. 9-Stories, one level of parking and one condo on each of the other eight. 5207 Austin Street http://www.tourelleventures.com/html/museumPlans.html
Urbannizer
Yes!! They're defining it as a "mini-rise". Here's the rendering. Any idea on the price range for this and Morningside Mansions? Site is just across from the Texas Asia Society. https://www.google.com/maps/place/5207+AUSTIN+houston/@29.7261236,-95.3842433,3a,75y,127.52h,90t/data=!3m4!1e1!3m2!1scA5NjKM8SEBYbvdP_C0JUw!2e0!4m2!3m1!1s0x0:0x29917b3a3adc6ab5?sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjfmq2j6uLMAhVLPCYKHQ9fAOAQxB0IHDAA

KinkaidAlum
I spoke with the head of the company at the Morningside site a few months ago. When I asked about pricing he said they were not finalized yet but that they would be expensive. I'm guessing $1.5 million+ for Morningside. houstontexasjack
These plans would be up against those at the Mondrian about a block away. Those are priced at $1 million plus with more square footage. I'd expect these to be priced slightly lower.

cspwal
Looks very transparent - are they going for a glass house aesthetic?
Texasota
This looks like a massing study. Not representative of final materials. The balconies don't even have floors. Unless that was sarcasm.
cspwal
Balconies without floors would a departure from convention...
