I drive by that area every few days, and just getting rid of that old building and putting anything on it (including a mattress firm) would be a huge improvement and make that area seem a little less...cold and deserted. The 58 story residential tower will come later after the medical building. There's also a decently sized hotel in the plan iirc. I have a client who is thinking about the move and the lease price is not cheap, and they still have a significant amount of commits.
