There are 3 courtyards in the new section.

Usually courtyards are totally enclosed with the building so it will be interesting to see if they really will install an iron fence or a high wall especially in this neighborhood.

I received a UH newsletter in the mail and saw this was voted by student's as the best on campus (but off) housing option. It's the ugliest and by far the cheapest looking but it's on the rail (downtown/midtown bars), has a pool, a game room, and even a lounge they let the Greeks use.

The street north of this project is closed off, I hope it's for complete replacement as they have torn this street up so badly that it's a complete mud hole, kind of surprised the houses along the street haven't raised holy hell about it. If it was in any other neighborhood the contractor would be in jail for tearing up the roads as badly as they have.

God, what an asshole. If developers like this get in trouble in areas where people do fight them, do they get in trouble with the local representatives and such? For example, would it make it harder for this dude to develop in the city again? The flippant way that he was like "yeah, I'll do that" when the person told him about blocking the street, the stop sign, the messed up lot, and the road issues is ridiculous.
