To date, Carmouche said crews have built 225 homes, but finishing the entire neighborhood development would take about another three years. The housing portion of the development will feature a mix of condos, townhomes, garden homes and houses ranging from 1,300 to 7,000 square feet, and ranging in price from about $292,500 to more than $1.5 million.The commercial portion of the development will offer four buildings for retail, office and residential space.Developers just announced it will add Bistro Byronz to the commercial sectionof the development, The Village at Willow Grove on Settlement Boulevard...
