Pointe-Marie is a mixed-use development that would be built on a nearly 120-acre strip connecting Nicholson Drive and River Road, across from Innovation Park Drive.The development would have 565 single-family residential units, a village center with 285 multi-family units and 275,000 square feet of retail and commercial office space and a motor coach square with 236 lots.
