psilverot Posted February 13, 2015 Share Posted February 13, 2015 A 4.6-acre tract of land on Jefferson Highway has been sold to a builder/developer who plans to break ground on an office park within the next month. 6700 Jefferson LLC, which is named after the address of the property, bought the land for nearly $1.5 million in a deal that was filed last week with the East Baton Rouge Clerk of Court’s office.
