LS27 Posted February 3, 2015 Share Posted February 3, 2015 Noticed banners up for "The CO-OP HTX" near The Studio HTX / Tout Suite on the corner of Chartres and Commerce. The banner had some form of rendering. Couldn't tell if it is a renovation of an existing warehouse around there or a completely new project. Here is the website: http://www.thecoophtx.co No website says nothing but "coming soon" as of now. Anyone have any additional info? I'll try to post pictures soon. A lot of the details, along with the picture I took, are kind of blurry at this point. Not a lot of info online yet, but looks like it could be a combination of restaurant and office space. Looks like this area could be a nice transition point between Downtown, EaDo and the Second Ward. I'm interested in seeing if more development follows.
