Blue Dogs Posted November 17, 2014 Share Posted November 17, 2014 When former KHOU-TV/KPRC-TV news anchor Steve Smith was honored at the 12th annual Lone Star Emmy Awards with the Silver Circle Award this year, it was very difficult to see his tribute video at the beginning of the webcast.
