Maybe they like the look of it all wrapped in fabric...

It would certainly make a statement.

not to mention the fabric would help shade the windows during the summer heat.

I must say that I was disappointed at the lack of progress, but it's really looking good.

Agreed, it’s crazy to me at least we’re approaching a full decade of major apartment development downtown. The DLI was formed in 2012, and I believe the first SkyHouse was one of the first developments—it opened in 2014. Some are definitely better than others.

I think we call say this program was a success.  I believe we're reaching a point where the additional tax revenue being generated by the increased residential downtown has exceeded the initial funding.

I walk past this often when I get off the 82 and head to the Y. I have say that these mid rise apartments are all pretty nice. I have to see one that I've really been disappointed in.

Pretty much all of the scaffolding is down. Disappointed to see the broken windows. I almost hope it was a construction mishap and not vandalism.

I don't think I've ever seen a job site that didn't have broken windows due to the construction crew's mishaps. But on apartment projects it seems to be much more prevalent.
