Then again, we have Carl's BBQ which I absolutely love, so I really have no room to complain. It still is cool for the area as a whole though. skwatra Posted October 9, 2014 Share Posted October 9, 2014 I used to refer to Rudy's as a 'regional chain' until I saw one in Colorado Springs!I still love it though for the brisket, turkey and creamed corn. Some have said the quality has been hit or miss as they expand, but I haven't had any issues (sometimes hit up the clear lake or spring locations.
