trymahjong Posted September 12, 2014 Share Posted September 12, 2014 The Avondale Civic club was curious about the request for variance concerning street parking-- so I called Henry and Asso and found out the developer wants to add the six parallel parking places on the Montrose blvd side to the number of parking places in their fenced lot to meet the COH parking requirement-- I was told that with some sort of formula that allows a bike rack to take the place of a parking space the business will now have 48 dedicated parking places for the 12000 sq ft building.
