Located at the northwest corner of Grogan's Mill Road near the intersection of Woodlands Parkway, the two-story development will be known as East Shore Place. It will include more than 17,000 square feet of space for retail on the first level and 23,000 square feet for Class A office space on the second level. The center will also include a four-story parking garage and space for a two-story restaurant, according to plans released by Wulfe & Co. Currently, 18,280 square feet are available for lease. Construction on the development is slated to begin on the project in early 2016,the Houston Chronicle reports. The company has been holding the 3.4 acres of land for the project for the past 11 years, according to the Chronicle. The two-level development, at the northwest corner of Grogan's Mill Road and East Shore Drive, will contain 49,000 square feet, with retail, restaurant and professional space on the ground floor and specialty office and medical space on the second floor. The next phase builds upon the 9,000-square-foot Frost Bank that opened at the corner of the 3.44-acre site in East Shore Place last year. The project also has a four-level parking garage.
