New Upscale Apartment/Townhome Rentals

Hey guys and gals,

This is Cass. How is everyone doing? As you know, I work around zip 77077, is that called Westchase?

I am looking to move into a nice, new or newer apartment community around this area or around I-10 and the Beltway.

I was told there are a lot of new developments along Eldridge parkway? as well as along I-10 and the Beltway

I do not mind paying a premium rent for a nice apartment, neighborhood, service and sane neighbors. A safe neighborhood is important.

Features such as attached garages are welcome, or even a townhome!

I have no pets and have a stable income, good credit, clean leasing history, etc.

Any suggestions please?
