LS27
I noticed that there is between 1 and 2 acres of recently demolished land on the southeast corner of York and Sherman Streets in the East End. It looks like the property that got demolished is 3510 Sherman St. (http://swamplot.com/daily-demolition-report-total-rehab/2014-01-17/), which was New Era Nursing and Rehab. Does anyone have any idea what is being done with that plot of land? Shockingly, there are no urban living/urban lofts signs up. I would like to be optimistic, but realistically, I think it could end up being a walgreens, fast food joint, or a dozen of five story townhomes. I noticed that yesterday when I rode my bike through the area -- I rode around the block looking for signs but didn't see anything either...
