Phase 1

 

 

 

 

This facility is a 45,000 sq. ft., 3 level tilt wall and glass curtain wall building featuring extensive Class A high end interior finishes.  The facility was designed for a single user tenant.  The building fronts Rogerdale and connects to Beltway 8 with a private driveway and is located in the Westchase Business Corridor.  The project is 1 of 3 buildings that American Commercial Contractors will build on the site.

Phase 2

 

 

 

 

This 121,000 sq.ft. concrete, steel and glass structure is the second of three planned buildings designed and constructed by American Commercial Contractors on a 6 acre site near the intersection of Beltway 8 and Bellaire Blvd, in the Westchase District of Southwest Houston.  The building will feature state of the art HVAC system controls, and Class A interior finishes.  The building is seeking LEED Silver certification, and is slated for construction to begin in late 2013, with the first tenant move in August of 2014.
