That's overkill.And the building permit for the TownePlace Suites has been issued for that site, so that building will begin rising next to the Southwest Freeway soon. A week ago, it was about $10 higher than it is now...and 2 weeks ago it was about $20 higher. This is a developing story that may very well be changing the status of certain projects every day. It's not like the comments "waiting on" those comments are adding a whole lot to the discussion either. There's probably been more argument about "talking about oil prices" than there have been comments about oil prices themselves at this point. Just saying...
