scarface
Now if we could just get rid of some of those ugly power lines, Houston would actually be pretty decent looking.
Avossos
How tall is this building? I can't imagine they are digging 4 stories deep for just a 6 story building... Right?
Purdueenginerd
Probably a below grade parking garage.
phillip_white
According to this, it maybe be two to three levels of below-grade parking. Looks like it is called Broadstone Skylinehttp://www.segoc.com/site/PDF%20Resumes/Slaven%20Seferovic%20-%20Resume.pdf

Triton
The base of this is now VERY deep. I'll have to double check because I was driving on 45 when I noticed but this looks to rival 609 Main deep. My photo doesn't do it justice. It's very deep indeed. Purdueenginerd
Did anyone see the soil deposits in those TinTown Town homes from 45? Looks like someone flung a bunch of dirt onto those houses?
Montrose1100
I wonder if the Allen Center Parking Garage will ever be improved, it is so big and so plain and right in your face.It was mentioned a while back that if/when the Allen Center should expand (brookfield?), there is placement for 2 towers above the garage (along with a few other sites). Which will hopefully one day put a nice glass curtain or wall garden to cover it.

asubrt
This is another one that seems to be moving quite slowly. Maybe it's just because of the huge hole they had to dig for below-grade parking, but it's been under construction for about 7 months and still not at ground level (at least from what it looks like in that picture and when driving by on 45).
