Free Flu shots for Children

The Houston Fire Department (HFD) and the Care Van program will be offering
FREE flu shots for children. Flu vaccines are in short supply so this may be
the last opportunity to protect your family from the flu.

ACCEPTING ONLY:
If you are a Medicaid/Medicare client
If you have no insurance

Sorry but NO CHIP clients or those with insurance will be accepted

Immunization records are not necessary.

Parents or legal guardians must accompany their children
