Should the employee who OK'd this be fired? Probably. Is this grounds for a private lawsuit? In this day and age, yes. Did the Kroger overlords in Ohio have anything to do with it? And excluding the produce and more Hispanic food choices at HEB, Krogers generally has a better overall international selection of foods - particularly Asian and Italian. I miss Kroger when I am in STX, Down here there are only two choices HEB and Walmart they both leave a lot to be desired. Be glad you have so many more grocers that create a competitive market. Both Kroger and H-E-B vary drastically between markets, so one H-E-B can be selling MacBooks (H-E-B Plus, Woodway) and one is selling cheap jewelry (H-E-B, north Bryan).
