bachanon Posted September 3, 2012 Author Share Posted September 3, 2012 interested to see what retail businesses have expressed an interest on the first floor retail space. a spokesperson for the development company was quoted in a recent article that there were prospects for the retail space.every day, there is a trail of people from the offices on woodloch forest walking to the restaurants at the mall (cheesecake factory, p.f.changs, brio, mi cocina...). i wonder how well a restaurant would do at this location outside of the weekday/lunch crowd? Muralpainter Posted October 11, 2013 Share Posted October 11, 2013 Employees of the office building at 3 Waterway Square in The Woodlands were evacuated this just after 10 a.m. this morning due to a threat, according to building management. Muralpainter Posted October 11, 2013 Share Posted October 11, 2013 Update: According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office one of the tenants of the 3 Waterway Building furloughed several employees this morning . Those employees were sent home. An employee reported a physical threat made by one of those employees. To be safe the building management decided to evacuate the building.
