TowerSpotter
Bisnow posted a picture showing Parkway Properties sponsers and a couple of pictures in the back showing 400 north belt, but also a rendering to to something in the red circle. Could this be a tower rendering for Greenspoint?\ http://www.bisnow.com/commercial-real-estate/houston/greenspoints-exciting-future/ We found our sponsor Parkway Properties marketing an asset it purchased in August, 400 North Belt. Managing director Mike Fransen(we bet you can pick him out among Patti Hitt, Ann Kutach, andRachel Williams) tells us the 231k SF office property has 90k SF available. It received $1.7M in capital upgrades over the last five years, and just got Energy Star cert. Mike says most activity is from groups who can't find room in The Woodlands, especially 20k to 40k SF corporate users.

TowerSpotter
Looks like an Atlanta tower unfortunately http://corporate.pky.com/Cache/1001175929.PDF?Y=&O=PDF&D=&fid=1001175929&T=&iid=108213 My question is why would they bring that into the Greenspoint meeting? The meeting was about the future of the Greenspoint, not anywhere else. Also when I click on link it says file not found.
