Popular Post richeyrich
Just put a deposit down to move here when it opens. Schedule date of move-ins is October 1, so there's quite a bit more to be done on the site. At the moment, I can't even get a tour because the only working elevators are those on the outer sides of the buildings. I'm pretty stoked though. The full list of amenities is mind boggling to me as someone who has never lived in a high-rise. They're only leasing to early invitees at the moment, but if anyone is interested let me know, and I'll give a referral. Also, I have a few pics of the model unit and some shots the manager took of inside the unit (very unfinished). Not sure whether that's relevant here as I'm new, but I'm happy to post as well. I just love real estate marketing. For those interested in pursuing a lease, you can also call 713-777-7000 and get your own "invitation." Or go to their website and fill out a lease application right on-line, no "invitation" required.

Finally getting around to posting the pics I took. All the photos are above the 10MB size limit, so I'm posting an Imgur album. Hopefully, that's permitted. http://imgur.com/a/sFoPZ I would say my overall impressions are very good but not blown away by the actual apartment finishings. The amenities, the view, and the downtown lifestyle are definitely what sell the building. The finishings are not much nicer than most other apartment buildings around town. But my fiancé and I have been looking to move into a high-rise downtown since moving to Houston. Renting is a good way to see whether we like living downtown versus other areas of the city. Definitely very excited though. On April 20, 2016 at 11:15 PM, astros148 said: What price did they get you at? Im probably going to sign a lease next week. We are throwing a HAIF pool party! Not sure about all floor plans, but the market price of the units we looked at were between $3200-4200. They have some decent lease-up specials though, but I do have to say that you don't get much for that price range. It's definitely a very high-end building. 2BR 2BA corner units on the upper floors start at $6000 for instance. But we should definitely have a pool party! 6 hours ago, Houston19514 said: Only leasing to "early invitees"? Did they really tell you that? I just love real estate marketing. The first 25 units or so went before everything was up and ready. That's why I offered to connect anyone interested. But you're right that the leasing office is now open and the application and everything is online. Edited April 21, 2016 by richeyrich

This pool is only a little bit cool. at first glance, it appears to be a centaur on the righthand side of the top deck. white shirt, and orange pants. then you can just barely make out a black shirt above the second pair of orange pants. dashing my dreams of a centaur being a permanent installation on this second deck. neat shots. they do need to move the AC unit from the second floor pool though, that's not going to be a selling point. bobruss
I'm confused. At the beginning of this thread there are renderings of this project from Ryan Jackson architects, however when you go to their website and look under Our Work or Under Construction it has no mention of this project. You would think with the scope of this project they would mention it on their site. Can anyone shed some light on who is the architects for this building? THANKS
