samagon
meant to post an update on Friday. Flags have been down since they went up. Not sure what/why they put them up? Porta-potties are still there, and it looks as if they're still going up. There's 2 huge pieces of concrete that come out of the mail structure, I assume those are for the cantilevered pool. Shame my office is on the other side of the building, I'd enjoy watching it go in.

Buy-U-City
It seems like a little more work is needed to construct what looks to be a roof top mechanical parapet in the rendering before topping out? That's only if they are holding true to the rendering of course.
Montrose1100
It seems like a little more work is needed to construct what looks to be a roof top mechanical parapet in the rendering before topping out? That's only if they are holding true to the rendering of course.Based on pictures of the opposite view (same as the render), it looks topped out. Have we seen what this side will look like?Edit: I guess I could use my imagination. It's seems accurate? Popular Post Urbannizer
Anyone know if this one got a bump in floor count by 1? kbates2
That could be enough to bump it to tallest residential in Houston, right?
Sky-guy
25 minutes ago, kbates2 said: That could be enough to bump it to tallest residential in Houston, right? Emporis has this building listed at 40 floors and 498 ft. This puts it 3 feet behind OPP and 5 feet behind the current tallest residential tower: The Huntingdon. If the floor count has been increased to 41 floors, than yes, I would assume that when completed, This would be the tallest residential tower in Houston.

cspwal
I count 35 floors completed and windowed in the tower itself 3 floors completed concrete wise 1 floor for the pool deck 2 floors of podium(?) That would bring the count to 40 full floors, 1 rooftop floor, and another story above it for the crown
