TowerSpotter
Four mixed-use master-planned communities are coming to Fort Bend, reported by Bisnow. http://www.bisnow.com/commercial-real-estate/houston/is-downtown-a-gateway-market/ Johnson Development COO Doug Goff says that all of its awesome action is in Texas and Atlanta. The firm is developing 11 projects—10 of which are in Houston (one in Atlanta)—totaling 31,000 acres. The result: over 49,000 residential units and 10M SF of commercial/retail space when the projects are finished. Doug, a 20-year Fort Bend resident, says that the company develops premium, mixed-use master-planned communities; four are inFort Bend County. The perfect recipe: the highest possible architectural standards with an appropriate mix of uses to create a place where families can live, work, shop, worship, educate, and recreate! The company was founded in 1975 by Larry Johnson, who's still very active in the business. For more info on our sponsor, click here.
