Johnson Development COO Doug Goff says that all of its awesome action is in Texas and Atlanta. The firm is developing 11 projects—10 of which are in Houston (one in Atlanta)—totaling 31,000 acres. The result: over 49,000 residential units and 10M SF of commercial/retail space when the projects are finished.
