Triton
So Hines says construction has started yet construction has not started? Hrmm...Just drove by... it's later in the day but there were multiple vehicles there, including a truck with a trailer attached to the end.
Triton
Just drove by... it's later in the day but there were multiple vehicles there, including a truck with a trailer attached to the end.Damn guys... well, those same vehicles are still there today (nothing photo worthy) but I am now unsure this is for Hines' development. They did have the fence open on Preston St. There's new graffiti art where that skeleton girl graffiti once was... but that's pretty much it. This doesn't look to be related to the outdoor patio so it's a little difficult to tell which project these construction workers (and their cars) are there for... Perhaps they are parking there for the State Bank renovations? The trailer attached to the truck is still there too.
Avossos
I'm not too worried, Hines seems serious about this development
JoninATX
Sometimes it takes a little bit to get the process started. I used to build residential buildings back in 2006 & 2007. The developers would breakground but sometimes we had to wait a few weeks for everything to get going and ready.
