$26 of it is the "processing fee". I guess that's what it takes to have 10 or 20 folks screw in the lightbul...oops, I mean...handle the paperwork.

no its all good - just wanted to confirm location. Any old school Midtowner's know was there ever anything in that space? How old is that retail / strip mall doesn't look too old.
