livincinco Posted May 30, 2013 Share Posted May 30, 2013 There's a six block area with the streets I mentioned above as a boundary that I'm really surprised hasn't seen any development. One block has the Four Seasons on it, another has a couple of bars, the rest is all surface parking. Given the proximity to Discovery Green, Toyota Center, et al, I would think that this would be prime for development. Anybody have any idea why?
