Geoff8201
I keep missing what the signs say when I drive by... whatever it is, it's not small, and the slab is down and wood framing is coming up fast... more apartments maybe?
Geoff8201
Yup, I was right, more luxury apartments... they had a banner on the site for this website:http://www.themansionswoodland.com which just redirects to Western Rim Property Services http://www.westernrim.com
Muralpainter
There is substantial clearing and site prep on the north side of FM1488 just west of the Valero gas station and south of the motocross park. Have not seen signs indicating the project. Anyone have an idea of what will be built there?
Muralpainter
Finally a sign. I did a brief Google search and found no details on the project. The site prep appears to be configured for apartments.
Muralpainter
Google finally dredged-up an article on the complex. Looks like it could be interesting: "Texas-based Western Rim Investment Advisors is developing The Towers off FM 1488, with 416 units planned. Nancy Mikeska, assistant director of Community Development for the city of Conroe, said the 16-acre site complex is a great asset to the community.“The Towers … will be the first of its kind standing five stories with an adjacent park,” she said. “Apartment living is clearly a form of affordable housing that has gone to a whole new level in Conroe.”The Towers, she said, will feature 13 four-story buildings with 272 one-bedroom apartments and 144 two- to three-bedroom apartments."http://www.yourhoustonnews.com/courier/news/new-trend-high-end-apartments/article_4c7dd0b0-fe3a-585c-817e-74a2e0dae0c3.html Developer link: http://www.towerswoodland.com/
