heights Posted May 15, 2013 Share Posted May 15, 2013 It looks like they've split the former large lot where the Dollhouse burned into two lots. Construction has started on the north lot. They poured the footers for the sill but there is an interesting monolithic concrete wall near the center of the foundation that looks to be about 8 feet long, 4 feet high and 1 foot thick. s3mh Posted May 16, 2013 Share Posted May 16, 2013 This is going to be a three story office building. The cement structure is probably the elevator shaft, but that is just a guess.
