Bowling Alley At 650 W. Crosstimbers St.

I found information on it online, it was at 650 w.crosstimbers.   I'm not sure when it closed down though.

 

Yes that's it. I remember there was an entrance there where the new town homes sit at now in the background. But the address seems a lil bit off. The street that in the back ground is Holy Cross or something like that.

I remember that being a very high crime area back then, the Kroger store across from Mr. Car Wash always use to get robbed.

Yes, there was. Before it was a flea market, it was a department store called "Shopper's Fair".  It was at the east end of the property and on the land near it WAS an AMF bolwing alley, a post office (if I remember right) and a President's/First Lady Health Club.
