At the intersection of Jensen @ Clinton, I see a new billboard up by Urban Living. There is also a new billboard up on Meadow @ Baron by Urban Lofts. But, leads me to wonder what the other half will be used for. It's still a lot of land. UrbanLofts and Urban Living are both excellent barometers. That's interesting. I was under the impression that there were some environmental issues with that land and it would take at least another year to get that resolved. Looking at HCAD though, it seems that Cathexis also owns 4100 Clinton, along with the KBR land. The New Zealand group must have the adjacent lots.
