I created an "architecture" and a "houston" interest list on my personal facebook page. HAIF, along with Preservation Houston, ArCH, Rice Design Alliance, cite, etc., are on my interest lists. When I want to peruse a specific interest area, all of the posts from my favorite "Liked" sites are pulled together in one newsfeed, separate from all of the other "noise" that can plague the world of facebook. If you use facebook, like HAIF; it's simply an extension of what we do here with the occasional current event and local blurbs. You can never have enough HAIF really, check it out. If you do not want to see all of the posts, simply create an interest list and add HAIF to the interest list; then, you can check the posts via that interest list's newsfeed on the occasion you want to see what's up.
