The company will vacate its roughly 50,000-square-foot space in 1000 Louisiana and move into 609 Main at the end of the year, per CBRE's Dave Hanusa. Hanusa, along with Marilyn Guion, represent 1000 Louisiana's landlord. Upon its departure, Goldman Sachs' space will be available for direct lease. The company will be occupying slightly less space in 609 Main. A building permit filed for Goldman Sachs' space on the second floor lists the cost of buildout at $1.2 million. The company will be relocating around 100 employees into the building. The permit lists Goldman's space as suite 200.
