It was going to be built by Simmons Vedder Partners around 2008, however they ended up selling the property. It was going to be a 320,000 sq ft office building. How did you know it was for that project?When I first saw the rendering on the Munoz Albin site under the details it stated who the rendering was for but I see now after going back to the rendering they have removed that information.
