Montrose1100
I saw the crane from 59 last night and it is tall! Also, most HAIFers can observe the tallness from your photos. Thanks for sharing.

Luminare
I absolutely love that little white office buildings next door. Well we are going to have to keep a very close watch on our unique modernist friend. With this building going up and the developments at Levy Park a lot of these "box on piloti" architecture that we have (which is very dense collection of them) might vanish if we don't pay attention.

In any case, I thought they were pretty cool when I was a kid growing up here, before Greenway Plaza started.

Marcus Allen
Yet another addition to one of our mini-downtowns! Love it! Now, if only Greenspoint could get another highrise.
ClutchCity
Yet another addition to one of our mini-downtowns! Love it! Now, if only Greenspoint could get another highrise.I agree with you if you mean a 600+ foot highrise! PM Realty has a 2nd phase for this one so there will definitely be another highrise especially with all the other development nearby.

SkylineView
Sorry for no updates. Lots of life stuff. Also I moved, so no more top-down updates on Astoria / 4 Oaks. That said, lots of good stuff breaking the tree line.

por favor gracias
I'm going to miss the Solvay building when it's demolished. I think it adds a lot to the color scheme in the immediate area.

LarryDierker
You can't tell from the picture, but the building really stands out when driving north bound on buffalo speedway.

LarryDierker
Why are they demolishing it? The little octagon looking building (Solvay?) will be demolished to make way for phase two of the current project.
