Outside the current Historic District it appears to be architecture built for a specific non residential purpose, but i havent seen any discussions mentioning it. The finished product won't be metal siding but will have a stone and hardie facade on it when finished. It is around 5000 sq/ft and will have ample parking in the front and some open space in the back. The chainlink fence also will be coming down. Abbcott Construction is the builder, we need to get another sign made and put up over there.
