Westpark Dr. And Peek Rd.

Stripes just opened on that corner a few weeks ago.

 

I noticed some construction work starting along the westbound Westpark Tollway feeder, between Peek Rd and Grand Corners. It looks like they are clearing ground for a new strip mall or offices. Does anyone have any info on who the tennents will be?

I believe its Tract #7 in the "Available Sites" page.

You're right... and I just noticed that the survey is dated June 2009. I would like to see a Lowe's go up out here though.

A Lowe's would make a lot of sense at that location, but there was also talk at one point about Lowe's going in at the proposed Shoppes at Cinco Ranch development. Gotta figure that one will be in that part of town before too long.

I came across this listing for that NW corner that says "restricted against Multi-Family Development"...

The NW corner in what was once called the Shoppes at Cinco Ranch is for sale.  The original developer sold off the NE corner.  The site plan for what was supposed to be phase 2 (NW corner) is no longer part of the picture.  A Lowe's may still go in that corner, but for now it is no longer proposed for that corner.
