skooljunkie
It looks as if an old storage facility between Birdsall and Knox just north of Memorial is going down...http://www.sunriseluxuryliving.com/development-pipeline/

ChrisPHous
The rendering appears to have retail, but they make no mention of it in the description. Not exactly ideal location for retail, but I suppose it is better than nothing.Does the development on Studemont and Washington have ground floor retail? TowerSpotter
boooo I like the other rendering better. Looks like it won't have retail at the bottom in the new rendering.
swtsig
retail is totally unnecessary in this location - it is literally one block from a ton of retail. not every project needs retail.

Yea I guess your right but it wouldn't hurt adding a cafe or something like that.

WestUdweller
Hope they come back and put that red stone on the corners like the rendering. Looks pretty drab right now. I guess looking at a big white roof isn't helping/tricking my mind.
