CaptAWACS Posted July 11, 2005 Share Posted July 11, 2005 Part of the issue is documenting them so those that want to do these jobs can, and also get across the border without straining an already backed up system.The problem will not go away anytime soon, until a large middle class emerges in Mexico. Monterrey is a great example of a town making strides, ditto Merida.
