The project at 4141 N. Braeswood near Stella Link will be a rental facility of 95 assisted living and 25 memory care units. The 110,000-square-foot facility will serve the Bellaire, Meyerland and Braes Heights communities. Financing was provided by Mutual of Omaha. Three Architecture designed the project, with interior design by Donna Guerra & Associates. The general contractor is Construction Supervisors. Founded by James D. Gray, Bridgewood Property Co. has developed 14 senior living communities.
