IronTiger
So, I was reliving my 2008 Galveston vacation (some HAIFers may remember that I took a regular Houston vacation in 2008, but that was in the spring. No one remembers that? OK) with the Google Maps API, and I noticed that the Home Depot, the one at 20251 Gulf Freeway, just south of Baybrook Mall, has a completely empty parking lot. I can't find anything, however, that proves Home Depot closed this particular location (even though it seems to have happened nearly two years ago). Is it closed? Stephen
yes, it closed. it moved to the north side of el dorado, still on the gulf freeway. I heard that the main reason for the move is that the sales tax is lower there (outside city limits).
